Research shows that well staged homes sell approximately 32% faster than non-staged homes. And they sell for approximately 3 to 10% more.
As a seller, you may hire a professional home stager or stage your home yourself. Naturally, if you do it yourself, it helps if you have been trained or have a decorating or designer background. Most aren’t so skilled.
